Do I need to be at home when you clean my house?

No, if you cannot be at home you may give us a key to be safely stored. Most clients either provide a key or hide one on the premises on the scheduled cleaning day. We ask that we have a way to secure the home upon completion of our services.

What if I would like something cleaned that is not part of your normal cleaning program?

We offer extra cleaning services to handle special needs or projects. When scheduling your service, just let us know what extras you are in need of.

Do you do dishes?

We will be glad to wash a few breakfast dishes, however anything more than that can be done for an additional fee of $25. Please include this fee if you are requesting this service or leave a note for your cleaning team if you are a credit card paying customer.

Do I need to provide my own cleaning products?

No. we will bring all cleaning supplies and equipment needed for normal cleaning. All of our products are disinfectants with a citrus/pine base scent. We also offer non scented disinfectants. If there are certain cleaning products you prefer, you will be asked to provide them.

Is your work guaranteed?

All cleaning services come with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re unhappy with any service provided just let us know and we will re-schedule a return cleaning at no additional charge.

What If I need to reschedule?

Reschedules/ Cancellations require at least 24 hours in advance. If possible, the earlier a change/cancellation notice is given the more likely we can reschedule right away. Please refer to our terms & conditions for our cancellation policy and fees.

What If I forget to leave you a key on my scheduled cleaning day?

If you forget to leave a key and there is no access to your home, a $50 lock-out fee for loss time, travel and wages.

What should I do about my security/alarm system on cleaning day?

If you have a security system, please make arrangements to have it disarmed on your day of service or you may provide a temporary guest code to gain access to your home. If we arrive at a home and the alarm is set we will attempt to contact you to disarm, if the alarm continues, we will leave and secure the home back up and will be forced to charge a cancellation fee.

What should I do if I have a pet(s)?

On our first initial meeting please advise us of any pet(s) you may have and of any information pertaining to the safety of your pet(s). For the protection of myself and any pet(s), I would prefer pets to be restricted from the areas to be cleaned to allow for proper cleaning. Please be advised for health and safety reasons we will not touch or remove any pet excreted fluids or feces from any surface.
